In November 2011 Broxap acquired the business and assets of Keep it Kool (Shade Sails) Limited of Northamptonshire. Family owned and operated Keep it Kool had been a supplier of Broxap previously, and during a stage of development, the family owners sold to Broxap to allow larger and more complex contracts to be undertaken.

Since the Broxap acquisition, Keep it Kool has developed in terms of engineering and contract delivery, undertaking several six figure contracts throughout the UK, from South Coast to Scotland.

The manufacturing and installation is now based at the Broxap Head Offices within its main 12,000 sq ft fabrication facility.
